At Howick Readers Society, we take pride in offering a wide selection of books for preorder, ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and securely. Our shipping methods are designed for efficiency, and we are transparent about any associated costs, ensuring that you can shop with confidence. Return & Exchange Policy
If your product arrives damaged, fails to arrive, or we send you the incorrect product - we will look after you with either a replacement or a refund.
If you wish to return a product because you've changed your mind, or made a mistake with your order, we will accept the product back if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your product, and it’s returned to us unread and in mint condition. We’re happy to accept change of mind returns, though return shipping costs for these will need to be covered by the customer. During the holiday period, any products purchased between 1 November and 31 December can be returned up until 16 January, provided they are in brand new, unused/unread condition.
